There was no damage to the packaging. So it was obviously shipped with the knowledge of the scratches on the canvas. Don’t ship defective products and don’t say you have a return policy when you don’t. Other than that I love the picture and I love the product I purchased from you in the past. But I will not be purchasing from you again so you can keep your 15%

The eye color is wrong for two people in each picture…… The picture with only 4 people, we all have blue eyes and you changed it Dad and Daughter’s eye color to green. In the picture with 5 people, Dad and Daughters eye color is wrong again, hazel and green. They have blue eyes….. big brother is the only one with brown eyes. The rest of us have blues eyes. I’d really like this fixed. Because others than the eye colors being incorrect, everything else is great about it. (But eye color is a big thing. Especially as a Father’s Day gift and Dad’s eyes are the wrong color and Daughters eyes too.) 😓 Sorry I didn’t reach out sooner however, my mother in law passed away a few days before Father’s Day and we’ve been dealing with that.

The box was open and dented in the middle; for a moment, I thought the delivery people had damaged it, but thank God nothing happened to it. My sister burst into tears of joy, and I absolutely loved!!! how it turned out.

Extra set of right hand by mom. It should Be a left hand. And the younger child has two different skin tones of each hand. I sent an inquiry but was told there’s nothing to be done as it was an AI generated picture. Highly upset that they can’t fix the mistake

I never approved a paw and then when reviewing it was impossible to even see eye color and we are all brown eyed. When I would go back to check and review I couldn’t even access the photo I ordered in the email. And when I asked to exchange and fix the issue they said no and ghosted. I’m very disappointed
