Designing, printing and shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. Before you add your product to the shopping cart, you will see the estimated delivery time below the "Add to cart" button.

We offer free shipping on ALL orders.
Your estimated delivery time is displayed under the "Add to shopping cart" button.
You will be notified by email when your package is shipped. If you cannot find the message, please check your spam folder.
Once your parcel has left our production facility, it always takes a little while for the parcel to be processed by the shipping service provider.
After 1-2 days you will see the delivery date in the tracking.

To order a product, follow these steps:
1. go to melanu.co 2. select your desired product. 3. personalize it according to your wishes. 4. check the preview and click on "Add to cart". 5. click on "Checkout now".
Fill in the required fields and complete the payment process, after which you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
You can choose to pay via PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna invoice and Klarna instant bank transfer. To process your order securely, all your data is SSL-encrypted.
If you are unable to complete your order, follow these steps:
1. reload the page or try to complete your order using a different browser.
2. please check if you have filled in all required fields correctly.
If it still does not work, please contact our support at support@melanu.co
No, we do not include the invoices in the parcel. So you can send the parcel directly to the person who should receive it. 🎁
Changes & Returns
In the event that you wish to cancel your order or change the name/date/size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@melanu.co
As all our products are custom made, we cannot accommodate changes after 24 hours.
*Please note that orders that have already been printed, packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.
Personalized products are excluded from return by law.
This should not happen! Please send us an email to support@melanu.co and send us a picture of your damaged product.
