Yes, adjustments are generally possible – but only as long as your order has not yet gone into production.
When an order enters production depends on several factors, such as the season, the time of day you placed the order, and our current order volume. Especially during the Christmas season, we experience very high demand, which means many orders move into production faster than usual.
The best way is to simply send us a short email at support@melanu.co with your order number and the change you would like to make. Our support team will immediately check the status and let you know whether an adjustment is still possible.
